Multi-week course, runs through 11/24, Tuesdays. Ready to try something new and have a blast doing it? This beginner-friendly class features easy-to-follow routines designed to build confidence, coordination, balance, and cardio endurance in a fun and welcoming environment. Ages 16+. $80 residents / $95 non-residents. Registration for the beginner class is by session only.
